Hello, I am John Adams:

Creator, Coach, Author and The Voice Behind The Health, Tech & Wellness Podcast

For years, I rode the rollercoaster of burnout, dieting, and chasing perfection. I lost the weight. Gained it back. Hustled harder. Felt like a failure. Then one morning, everything changed — from the seat of my car.

I was driving rideshare when a passenger got in. We started talking about life, burnout, and my health issues. He looked at me through the rearview mirror and said something simple, but life-altering: “Stop dieting”.

He told me to go home and look at the back of a Cheerios box here in the U.S., then compare it to the same box in Canada or Europe. That seed — that tiny nudge — cracked open everything I thought I knew.

I’ve never seen him again. I don’t have his name or any way to find him.

According to my wife Cindy and other loved ones, he may have been a figment of my imagination — or maybe an angel sent to save my life.

And not for the first time.

Over 20 years ago, while working for the railroad, I fell from the top of a train I was repairing. I shattered my right elbow, messed up my knees and back, and somehow survived. Many people have fallen from much lower places onto much softer surfaces and didn’t get back up. But I’m still here. And that morning ride to the airport planted the seed that led me to the place I am today. I’ve been paying it forward ever since.

Because somewhere between surviving that fall… and surviving myself… I realized the real shift wasn’t physical. It was internal. It wasn’t about finding the perfect diet, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of me or my life. It was never about being perfect. It was about showing up — consistently, not constantly.

That’s when Living 95 was born.

Living 95 is more than just a wellness plan. It’s a movement built for real people — with real schedules, real setbacks, and real stories. It’s about progress over perfection, balance over burnout, and living with intention 95% of the time… not destroying yourself trying to hit 100.

Yes, we talk about food!

But we also talk about:

• Relationships

• Mindset

• Purpose

• And what it means to keep driving forward when life gets heavy

Whether you’re here for health, healing, or just hope — welcome. You’re in the right place.

My Storytelling Side.

The Cost of Forever was inspired by a vivid dream that played like a movie scene, over a decade ago. After sharing the dream with my wife, Cindy, and discovering there was no similar story that we could find, she encouraged me to bring it to life on paper. What began as a dream set him on a twelve-year journey, ten of those dedicated to mastering the craft of writing, culminating in two intense years spent developing the novel’s intricate storyline, all in his commitment to doing justice to its unique premise.

Through The Cost of Forever, I invite readers to delve into a deeply introspective journey, posing the question: What would you do if your world was turned upside down? This novel explores the resilience of morality when faced with life-altering challenges, a theme close to my heart. I Believe that everyone, regardless of status or wealth, is one unexpected calamity away from confronting difficult choices, I hope the story sparks reflection on personal ethics, resilience, and the delicate line between right and wrong. Although The Cost of Forever is fiction, just like all of our journeys, it’s rooted in something real.

Why I Built Living 95!

Because I needed it. And maybe now… you do too.

This isn’t about perfect diets, highlight reels, or rigid routines. This is about showing up. Driving forward. And finally living on your terms.

Ready to start your journey?

And as always, stay healthy, stay balanced, and keep driving forward. See you next time!
